Matt Stiles is building a 20foot Bangor Packet rowing wherry, designed by Joel White, cold moulded with a ply deck and 2'1" beam.  An exception was made to the 'no boats over 14 foot rule' for Matt because there is space in the workshop and he will finish the build during the course.
