Victorian Half Rater - Martin Nott Martin is building a Victorian Half Rater designed by Charles Sibbick. At 6.5m in length, the hull of 'Diamond' will be constructed with strip planking and glass fibre, it will partially decked with a cockpit and a lug rig.
