16' 10" Tirrik - Nate Richie Nate decided to build an Iain Oughtred 'Tirrik'. This is Iain's take on a Ness boat; double-ended, glued clinker construction in mahogany ply and epoxy. The boat is 16' 10" in length and has a beam of 5' 4". The boat has a centreboard and will be rigged for sail. Nate plans to use it for sailing with his family.
