Beaulieu Boatjumble – 27 April 2014

The Boat Building Academy exhibited at Beaulieu Boatjumble on 27 April and took ‘Ack Emma‘, the traditional clinker boat built by Ben Charny and the Class of September 2012.

Beaulieu Boatjumble has up to 1000 stands of boating bits, new trailerable boats, dinghies, equipment and craft from classics to nearly new.  There is a Walkabout Auction and Display Arena showcasing demonstrations, displays and interactive activities for children and adults.

Set in the beautiful grounds of Beaulieu in the New Forest, Hampshire, admission includes entrance to the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Beaulieu Abbey, and World of Top Gear.  It was a great day and good to meet new and old friends of the Academy.
